The original Kanafani Company for Konafa was established due to the desire of the owner, Mr. Mohamed Hussein Al-Dossari, to develop the Eastern Arabian Konafa industry, preparing it and serving it fresh to the sophisticated consumer who aspires to obtain the highest quality standards. The owner also realizes that the original Kanafani concept of Konafa will also become a “successful Saudi story” per se, as the varieties, design and idea applied to present the same feature will grow and continue to attract not only Arab sweets lovers but other nationalities who will love traditional Arabic sweets after their experience۔ Thanks to God, the original Kanafani Company for Konafa succeeded and developed over the past two years, bringing the number of its branches to more than fifty-five (55) across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and there are more branches in other countries of the world that are being established.
