In 1948, Haj Moussa Al-Rifai opened a small store on Mazraa Street to grill and sell nuts and grains, while all business and commercial activities were concentrated in the Al-Borg area, in the heart of Lebanon. This project soon proved to be successful due to the highest quality standards applied since the first day of its existence and the desire to catch up with the pace of technological development. Over time, the company became known as Al Rifai Roastery. Muhammad ibn Musa al-Hajj, has a strong conviction that roasting is a science in itself based on experience and innovation. It is also art in the way products are presented. Being able to choose products, taste requires great roasting and the presentation is impeccable.
