It is an extension of the Saleh Al-Othaim Commercial Foundation, which he founded in the year 1376 AH (1956 AD) The late Sheikh / Saleh Al-Othaim “God have mercy on him” as that institution opened its first location in the heart of the commercial work area at the time in the Al-Qasman area in Al-Batha, and worked in the food trade and in the year 1401 AH / 1980 AD Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company was established to continue the march in expanding work and opening centers for wholesale and retail sales, and the major turning point in the company's march was in the year 1410 AH / 1990 AD when the number of markets reached fourteen markets, where a system of "wholesale" was implemented
