The first day care center licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development in the year 1420 AH corresponding to 1999 AD in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide its services for the care, rehabilitation and training of persons with disabilities.

First - Achieving the full development of persons with disabilities in a manner commensurate with their capabilities and skills through providing specialized medical rehabilitation, educational, social and psychological programs and support services.
Second - focusing on developing a sense of self-worth and independence by discovering and highlighting their potential.
Third - enabling persons with disabilities to obtain their right to integrate naturally into various aspects of public life, and to minimize the negative effects of disability.
