The Security Forces Hospital was established in 1393 AH (1972 AD), when a small dispensary was opened with very limited resources in the city of Riyadh, then it was expanded in 1396 AH (1975 AD) to become a hospital operating with a capacity of (20) beds. With the support of Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and his deputy, Prince Ahmed bin Abdulaziz, a hospital was built next to this clinic with an operating capacity of 120 beds. Upon completion of its construction, its operation was assigned to a national company under the supervision and supervision of representatives of the Ministry of Interior. This project was later called the Security Forces Hospital, and the construction phase was called the first stage project
