Tako Hut is inspired by the ancient rich techniques of Mexican cuisine which are based on ingredients native to Mexico and influenced by Spanish settlers. The variety of cuisine emerged from local staples like corn and chili peppers and are complemented by vegetables which play an important role. Common vegetables include Zucchini, Cauliflower, Potatoes, Spinach, Mushrooms, Red & Green tomato. The main course is meat served in a cooked sauce with salsa on the side, accompanied with beans and tortillas and often with a fruit drink.
